1. Service Use
We provide package pickup, transportation, and delivery services. By using our services, you agree to follow all rules stated here.
2.Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide correct information, including:
- Accurate delivery addresses
- Proper packaging and labeling
- Honest declaration of package contents
- Delivery Time
We always aim to deliver on time, but delays can happen due to traffic, weather, or customs. Danny Reg Ltd is not responsible for such delays.
4.Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed:
- Weapons, drugs, or illegal items
- Flammable or hazardous goods
- Perishable food (without prior notice)
Suspicious items may be refused or reported.
5.Liability
Our liability is limited to the value declared by the customer. We are not responsible for:
- Poorly packaged items
- Hidden or undeclared valuables
- Damage caused by natural disasters or delays out of our control
6.Payments
Payment terms can be agreed for same day, next day, 2 weeks or end of month, otherwise full payment is required before dispatch. No refunds will be made for wrong addresses or items not allowed by law.
7.Claims
Any complaints must be made within 3 days after delivery. Claims after that will not be considered.
8.Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal data is only used to process deliveries and will not be shared without permission.
9.Changes to Terms
These terms may change at any time. We advise customers to check this page regularly for updates.
